      Erik,

You are a liar – nearly nothing you say in the Exxon Mobil commercial is true. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Where I live there is gas fracking – it is the most polluting process in the history of my state – not to mention the radioactivity that is brought to the surface.

Good ol’ Erik the geologist says “Y’know, a couple of decades ago, we didn’t even know we had . . .” these natural gas resources?
      B-A-L-O-N-E-Y.
My husband has been in the field for decades — and you make everything sound like new discoveries. They are NOT. USGS knew the natural gas resources were there when Erik was still in school . . . “fracking” was used before WWII . . . Tom Noonan is correct. Modern “improved” fracking and horizontal drilling are doing untold damage to the Earth — to our homes and land and ecosystems.
AAPG has a vested interest in promoting this stuff, too.

R3M is just a way of finding gas and Exxon has had it for years. It doesn’t reduce the pollution caused by drilling, only how many holes they have to drill to find the money. Really R3M is terrible for the environment because it takes the financial risk out of drilling for the gas company. Erik Oswald, you are a dirty crook.

Oswald is deluded like a May 21st apocalypse believer. He clearly is immersed in the lies of the flag-wrapped story line that allows Exxon to frac freely to keep America exceptional. How about an America that doesn’t have to lie to succeed? The message is, “Ignore your fallible eyes, ears, and mind. Allow us to poison your planet so our CEOs can prosper.”
THE ERIK OSWALD SMIRK IS DISGUSTING AND INSULTING.

Yeah, you can mute the TV and dub in this while this a$$h0le is reading his script:  “We can get enough gas to last us a hundred years.  Too bad we’re going to destroy the environment in 10 years.  But that’s not my problem.  I’m gettin’ a load of money to clear the way for that.  (Smirk, smirk.)”

Erik shows that education isn’t everything, he has no common sense! He is a puppet, or he is greedy, why else would you kill people!

Does this smirking liar, Eric Oswald want to tell people about the 500 deadly chemicals that are used in fracking now?  there are places in Pa ruined forever.
